What to include

It saves a round trip if you say which phone or tablet you are on, which version of the app (Settings, at the bottom), and what you were doing when it went wrong.

Common questions

The script scrolls too fast or too slow. Speed is set in words per minute, so it stays the same when you change the text size. Open the settings while the prompter is up and adjust it mid-take.

Voice mode is not following me. It needs the microphone, and it works best away from background noise. If the app is recording audio at the same time, the microphone can only serve one of them.

My subscription is not showing. Make sure you are signed in to the same store account that bought it, then use Restore on the plans screen.

I want my data removed. See deleting your data.
